I will obey the lawful instructions of the guides and leaders covering all aspects of the trips I am about to undertake and in the interest of all participants will act cautiously and responsible.
I am aware of the risks involved on outdoor excursions, hiking, mountain biking, abseiling, archery and associated activities and including myself and my dependents, heirs, executors, administrators or assigns hereby indemnify and hold blameless Hogsback Adventures, its members, employees, organizers, helpers and agents from any liability for delay, loss, damage, injury, illness or death to person or loss or damage to my property arising from any cause whatsoever and declare that I will have no claim of any nature against the aforementioned persons arising out of events related to or occurring during the trips I am about to undertake.
I voluntarily undertake the trips at my own risk and declare that my general health is good and there is nothing that renders me unfit to undertake such trips.
I acknowledge that the terms & conditions contained in this document constitute the entire relationship between Hogsback Adventures and me.
No deletion of any of the terms printed on this form shall be of any force or effect unless reduced in writing and signed by both myself and the owners of Hogsback Adventures, my signature on this document binds me to all the above terms and conditions whether deleted or not.
I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following bicycle rental agreement terms and conditions:
Bicycles are rented out in proper working condition and must be returned in the same manner.
Helmets are offered and recommended as part of the rental contract. Customers who decline to wear helmets have done so at their own will.
Bikes are maintained on a daily basis. It is the responsibility of the client to check the bike at the store before setting out on any ride.
I agree to return the equipment in clean, undamaged condition to avoid any additional charges for the repair, maintenance, or replacement. I accept use of the equipment, as is, in good condition and accepts full responsibility for care of the equipment while under his/her possession. Damaged parts or components will be repaired or replaced at the shops discretion and I agree to pay regular shop rates and retail prices for components replaced. Clean condition means normal wear and tear is accepted but does not include broken bicycle parts such as derailleurs, spokes, rims, bent rims, damaged frames, handlebars, seats, or other parts from misuse and/or crashes.
